Our 3 spacious and quiet double rooms are equipped with WLAN, digital flat-screen TV, hairdryer, safe, small fridge and a shower/WC. You can enjoy the midday and evening sun on the balconies. We have fused elements of charming tradition with modern comfort to create a particularly high feel-good factor.

Breakfast available for an additional charge of €14 per person per day.

- Prices do not include local tax: EUR 3,50 per person and day, Children up to the age of 13 do not pay any tax.
- Final cleaning charge (apartments) from EUR 85,- to EUR 110,-.
- Double Room as Single Room: + ab EUR 35,- per day
- Short stay surcharges for less than 2 nights in summer or 4 nights in winter: EUR 10,-
- Reduction for kids in the doubleroom upon request.
- No Pets allowed.
Deposit:
To guarantee your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total price. You will receive our bank details shortly after booking.
Payment can be made in cash, by debit card (EC card), or by bank transfer in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 2 months before arrival: free cancellation; the 30% deposit will be fully refunded.
2 months to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the total price (deposit).
1 month to 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total price.
14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
In case of early departure, 100% of the remaining amount will be charged.
