Our 3 spacious and quiet double rooms are equipped with WLAN, digital flat-screen TV, hairdryer, safe, small fridge and a shower/WC. You can enjoy the midday and evening sun on the balconies. We have fused elements of charming tradition with modern comfort to create a particularly high feel-good factor.

- Prices do not include local tax: EUR 3,50 per person and day, Children up to the age of 13 do not pay any tax.
- Final cleaning charge (apartments) from EUR 85,- to EUR 110,-.
- Double Room as Single Room: + ab EUR 35,- per day
- Short stay surcharges for less than 2 nights in summer or 4 nights in winter: EUR 10,-
- Reduction for kids in the doubleroom upon request.
- Pets: Only allowed upon request.
Deposit:
To guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. We do not ask for a deposit for last-minute bookings.
Cancellation fee:
- 2 month before no cancelation fee
- 2 month until 1 month before the date of arrival 30% of the total agreed price;
- 1 month until 1 week before the date of arrival 60% of the total agreed price;
- within the last week preceding the date of arrival 90% of the total agreed price.
