Prices are subject to change. Prices per apartment/day, minimum stay 2 days!
Prices include table and bed linen as well as towels.
Prices are do not include local tax (€ 3,50 per person per day).

  • check out till 10.00 a.m.

  • Prices do not include local tax.  EUR 3,50 per person and day, Children up to the age of 13 do not pay any tax.
  • Final cleaning  charge(apartments) from EUR 80,- to EUR 100,-.
  • Double Room as Single Room: + ab EUR 35,- per day
  • Short stay surcharges for one night: EUR 10,-

Deposit:

To guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. We do not ask for a deposit for last-minute bookings.

Cancellation fee:

  • 2 month before no cancelation fee
  • 2 month until 1 month before the date of arrival 30% of the total agreed price;
  • 1 month until 1 week before the date of arrival 60% of the total agreed price;
  • within the last week preceding the date of arrival 90% of the total agreed price.
